Drum is made of 16 mn high quality low carbon alloy steel plate welding forming, the roll deformation can quickly spread, after carrying the deformation and stress concentration, effectively improve the bearing capacity of roll and the fatigue strength. Drum after aging vibration stress relief to prevent the drum deformation after welding; Brake disc are all made of 16 mn plank, resistance to deformation, wear-resisting. Can be made into split according to user demand, all the subdivision of drum and the brake disc, are probably ready in factory, can be used in the use of on-site installation, do not need to make any rework on site.
