>Scope of application
The JKMD series multi-rope friction hoist adopts a "floor-mounted" design, featuring a structure where the machine room is mounted on the floor and the derrick is independent. It is primarily used in vertical shafts of coal mines, metal mines, and non-metal mines, undertaking the tasks of lifting and lowering materials, personnel, and equipment. It provides an
efficient and reliable solution for mine shaft hoisting operations.
>Structural characteristics and working principle
Facilitating construction and maintenance: The layout of the ground-based main equipment room and independent derrick significantly reduces the difficulty of equipment installation, shortens the construction period, simplifies the post-maintenance process, and effectively controls the overall investment cost.Professional and advanced configuration: The machine room integrates a spindle device, a high-power adjustable speed drive system, a hydraulic brake device with secondary braking and precise torque adjustment functions, and a depth indication system with automatic correction, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the equipment when lifting personnel and materials.Stable and reliable operation path: The steel wire rope is driven by friction wheels in the ground machine room, and after being diverted by the head pulley of the derrick, it descends vertically into the shaft. The system operates stably and reliably, making it suitable for
various shaft hoisting scenarios in non-explosion-proof environments.

The product specifications listed in this table are the preferred specifications. During selection, if the anti-slip calculation of the system does not meet the requirements, the entire hoisting system maybe adjusted. If the requirements are still not met, select the next higher specification. For large multi-rope friction hoists with high installed power, where single-drive transmission cannot meet operational requirements, TypeⅣ dual-motor drive is preferred. |
