Raw material of sludge fermentation tank: As a kind of solid waste, sludge has become a leading source of solid waste pollution. The main disposal methods of traditional sludge include landfill, incineration, sea discharge, and agricultural use. However, the traditional treatment methods also have some drawbacks. They cannot use the sludge as a resource, and cannot meet the current technical requirements for sludge treatment. Therefore, the research and development of the sludge treatment and resource utilization has important practical significance. The treatment and disposal of sludge should be comprehensively considered in terms of environmental pollution, sanitation and economic benefits. New sludge treatment technologies with energy recovery and utilization will play a role in sludge treatment and disposal. Sludge fermentation tank treatment process: four processes: feeding, high-temperature fermentation and maturity, discharging, and stacking stabilization.
Feeding: Use a bucket truck to put the materials into the hopper, and automatically load the materials into the fermentation tank with one button.
High-temperature fermentation and decomposing: The sludge fermentation tank has a whirlpool air pump to deliver oxygen through the aeration hole on the stirring shaft, and the stirring shaft is stirred at the same time. Under the action of aerobic bacteria, the temperature will gradually rise to 50-65 degrees. After more than 7 days of high-temperature fermentation, the sludge will be decomposed . It effectively kills insect eggs, pathogenic bacteria and weed seeds, and reaches the standard of harmless and reduced treatment.
Discharging: the materials in the fermentation chamber fall layer by layer under the action of the spindle and gravity. After the fermentation is completed, the finished materials are discharged from the discharging port.
Sludge fermentation tank equipment composition: sludge fermentation tank equipment is mainly composed of fermentation chamber, feeding lifting system, high-pressure air supply system, spindle drive system, hydraulic power system, automatic discharging system, deodorizing system and automatic control system.
