The safety ladder-type JZ series shaft sinking winch is primarily designed for vertical shaft excavation in various types of mines. It is used for suspending equipment such as hanging platforms, water pumps, ventilation ducts, and stabilizing ropes, and can also be employed for heavy object lifting, rope replacement, and temporary vertical shaft hoisting. This equipment operates on a short-term duty cycle, suitable only for intermittent operations, and long-term continuous use is strictly prohibited.
>Structural Features and Working Principle
Its core structure consists of the main shaft assembly, a dual-speed transmission system, and a dual-braking system. The transmission utilizes a combination of a spherical worm gear pair and a primary gear mechanism to achieve fast and slow gear switching. The braking system includes an electric shoe-type main brake (which releases when energized and brakes automatically by spring force when power is off) and an independent counterweight floating-type safety brake, providing dual electrical and mechanical protection.In the event of a sudden power outage, the winch can be operated manually in emergency mode. Upon power failure, the main brake is automatically applied, while the safety brake provides redundant protection. Following standard procedures, operators can execute steps such as power disconnection, locking, brake release, and handle installation to manually control lifting and lowering. This ensures the equipment can still function as a safe access pathway even without power, making it a critical emergency device for vertical shaft excavation in mining operations.
