A fully mechanized scraper, also known as a mining scraper or coal chute, is a crucial conveying device usedunderground in coal mines. lt is used in conjunction with a chute scraper transfer machine and a belt conveyolto transport coal. Scraper conveyors can be categorized by their sprockets and chains: medium single-chainscraper conveyors, medium double-chain scraper conveyors, and side double-chain scraper conveyors.
Scope of application:
The fully mechanized scraper conveyor is mainly used for transporting coal in working faces such as blasting,general mining, high-grade general mining, fully mechanized mining and top-coal caving in thin coal seams orvery thin coal seams, medium-thick or thick coal seams and gently inclined coal seams in coal mines. lit canalso be used for transportation in heading tunnels and along chute. When equipped with a coal shearer, themiddle trough of the scraper conveyor is also the walking track of the coal shearer.
